Description

Oblong basket made of birch bark--corners sewn with root or wood strips. Rim is wound with thin strips of root (?) and interlaced with fibre. A design has been scratched onto the sides, revealing a lighter shade of bark; exterior design is geometric with a linear triangle pattern covering all four sides.
