11 spherical, gold beads. Each hollow bead is constructed from 2 hemispheres of thin sheet metal. One bead is convexly biconical in shape and has a duller surface.

History Of Use

Beads from necklaces and adornments were used in life as well as funereal contexts. Chimu associations (north coast, 750-1476 C.E.) are given for many beads of this sort but may not be limited to Chimu Style.
