Description

Round, flat gilded metal plaque with one hole 2.5 cm off-centre. One side shows 2/3 gilding with brown metal base showing through and spots of green oxidation. Other side has very little gilding; brown, red and some oxidized metal.

History Of Use

Hole suggests it was suspended.

Narrative

Vicus style, Early Intermediate Period, contemporaneous with Moche 1 and 2; 0-200 C.E.
