Long, rectangular open-mesh fibre bag. Bottom formed by drawing loops together at one end. Top closes by drawstring threaded through upper part of loops. Natural fibre colour.
History Of Use
Used to transport loose, bulky goods to market, for example charcoal, vegetables and pine needles. One man may carry 2 or 3 bags at a time.
