Description

One carved piece of wood contoured to fit the face. Narrow eye slits are blackened on interior. Two drilled holes on one side, five on the other. Of the five, four are plugged with sinew. Top corner is broken off.

History Of Use

Specially designed with narrow slits and blackened interior to reduce glare from snow and ice to prevent snow blindness. Usually made from wood.
