The doll wears brown and white woven sash, mittens, a brown and white crocheted toque, brown pants, and boots with embroidered trim and ties. The facial features are embroidered.
History Of Use
Toys and crafts were made by hospital patients as a form of therapy and entertainment.
Narrative
Collected by Grace Adam between 1950 and 1965. Said to have been made by a tuberculosis patient at the Charles Camsell Hospital, Edmonton, Alberta.
