Description

Leaf-shaped metal arrowhead with several notches out of its side and squared metal shaft inserted in wood shaft. Both are bound together with sinew. Shaft's end is cut in v-shape.

History Of Use

The partial arrow shaft would be joined onto another shaft either by glueing or binding. Arrows were used for hunting animals until the introduction of rifles made bows and arrows obsolete.
