Crescent-shaped yellow-white object with rounded ends and hole drilled through centre.
History Of Use
Hole is pierced through fleshy part of seal's lower lip. Thong with handle on one end is passed through the hole and the toggle is attached. Points on either end of toggle press into flesh and hold toggle in place, allowing seal to be dragged.
