Basket of tightly coiled fibres in various shades of yellow to brown, and green in lower area. Rim is woven in pointed-arrow style in alternating shades. Narrows towards the convex bottom.
History Of Use
Baskets are used for food storage, especially for protecting agriculture products from dampness and rodents. They are also used for a variety of collecting, preparing and serving food. Baskets are made by both men and women.
