Description

Wide lipped pot with a black interior and a red-orange interior. Raised ring encircling shoulder with three raised double arches between at regular intervals. The base is stamped diagonally with a pattern of dots. Base is fire marked. Exposed lip is incised four times around at the rim and once at the neck.

History Of Use

Some pots are used for cooking over open fires. Some jugs and lidded pots are used for food storage and water.
