Description

Six rectangular sheets of red coloured paper, to which pieces of gold foil in irregular shapes, are affixed. Both short ends cut in zigzag pattern; paper punched in several places with irregular pattern of lines and dots.

History Of Use

At new year these are pasted in a row over the principal entrance doors in homes, temples and balls. They are pasted on the short end so that the remainder hangs free.
