Description
A small rectangular sample of woven dark red cloth. Ends are embroidered in a white and yellow geometric design. Pattern resembles a snowflake bordered on each side by parallel rows of stitching. Ends have also been machine stitched. Hemmed along the top and bottom with raw side edges.
History Of Use
This fabric was not woven for local use but rather for the growing tourist interest as a 'sample' of arunachal weaving.
