Food cover made of a sheer cream woven silk square, each side bordered with a woven silver band. Three sides have a rolled hem, one side is selvedge.

Part of the Miss Jessie M. Miller Collection. Miss Miller was a teaching evangelist for the Anglican Church of Canada.

Used to cover small mouthed container or jug of drinking liquid, thereby protecting the liquid from contamination.
