Description
Brass bowl (a) with lid (b); truncated sphere shape on a flat base and single ring foot. Contracts to mouth; thicker at rim. Dull patina outside; shinier inside. Lid is hemispherical with 2 concentric engraved circles on perimeter. Knob is riveted to lid, shaped like an inverted cone, bulbous at apex. Some green spots on lid.
History Of Use
Children's rice bowl. Brass serving and eating utensils are commonly used by wealthy people in Korea.
