Description
Square, slightly concave cloisonne enamel plate with brass rim. Underside is covered in solid dark green enamel with exposed square brass foot. Upper side is covered with multi-coloured flower design with different types of flowers on each side and a central cluster of six flowers surrounded by green leaves. Background is white; exposed wires are brass.
History Of Use
This piece is probably of late 19th to early 20th century manufacture, made for export or sale to Europeans.
