Description

Udu style percussion instrument. The pot has a rounded bottom, a round body and a long neck with a flared rim. There is a ridge around the centre. Above the ridge is a round hole; with bands of incised lines to and around the neck. Pot is covered with a brown pigment.

Udu drum; used as a percussion instrument, usually played by women on ceremonial occasions.
