Description

Rectangular wood shield with rounded corners is decorated on front with carved and painted reddish orange horn-like elements in a white background with black borders and has five holes down each side with long sisal tassels. At one end protrudes a long narrow head with high headdress, painted white with black. Back has long spine with a low curved handle with two rectangular cut-outs in the centre and painted opposing zigzag patterning on the sides.
