Jug Item Number: 2738/92 from the MOA: University of British Columbia

Description

Orange clay jug, with some cream and reddish brown paint and green glaze, has a bulbous body that narrows very slightly at base to a short foot. A long pouring neck has been fashioned into the shape of a seated male, with medallion-covered scarf and hat, who is urinating into a cup. A curved handle projects from the back of the figure's waist and a twisted cord stretches between it and the feet.
