A round dish with two animal heads rising from the rim. Matt black in colour, possibly painted. The catalogue card suggests the animals are a horse and a cow.; Good
Context
The shape of this dish and the style of carving on the two animal heads leads me to suggest that this dish is not Northwest Coast (G.Crowther). The original European tribal names and, where possible, current tribal names have both been given in separate GLT fields.
