Description

A large pail of birch bark. The sides and base of the pail are stitched together using cherry bark, as is the upper rim. There are three glass beads afixed to the rim, one green and two white. A hide thong has been attached as a handle.; Good

Context

The birch bark pail is more likely to be Athapaskan or Carrier in origin than Northwest Coast (G.Crowther).
