Description

Double seal headed toggle with row of circles and dots around top of constricted centre. On bottom centre is a hole with two openings, cutting through in a semi-circle. Opposing heads face out, each has a flattened snout with incised v-shaped mouth and whiskers. Above the eyes are tiny lines extending at right angles from line to indicate eyebrows ? small dots behind eyes. Remnants of graphite ? in eyes and circle and dot row.

Toggles are used for controlling lines, particularly for hunting and game retrieval.
