Description
Saucer shaped dish on an elevated foot rim. The outer rim has four lobed points. Inside has three chrysanthemums and two crows--one on a rock or a stump, the other flying. Outside of dish has three flower sprays of peach and lotus. Stylized lotus around foot rim. There is a red seal on the bottom.
History Of Use
Nonya Ware was carried by migrating Chinese to various places in Southeast Asia. It was also used in China.

The chrysanthemum is associated with a life of ease. The crow is a symbol of the sun and also of filial piety. Peach is an emblem of marriage and immortality. Lotus is an emblem of fertility.
