History Of Use

This type of ware is widely known as Kitchen Ch'ing, in contrast to the more elegant productions of that Dynasty (1644 C.E.- 1912 C.E.). These everyday vessels were used in kitchens both in China and parts of Southeast Asia, particularly during the 19th century.
