Round, 4 sided hole in centre, rim around outer edge and centre hole, obverse 4 characters, 2 characters on reverse. Taiping tongbao (top-bottom-right-left) in Chinese characters on obverse; boo ciowan (rl) in Manchu script on reverse. Sections of obverse almost worn flat. Centre hole off-centre and not square. Mould break right obverse.
