Rectangular panel with bands surrounding the centre section. The thin outside band is black. The second band is very thin and blue. The third band is thick and dark green with a scroll pattern. The fourth band is again very thin and blue. The fifth band is thin and black. The centre section has a piece of velvet ? fabric with a dark green pattern on an orange background. The panel is backed by a piece of tan fabric.
