Description

Figure depicting Horus, a falcon-headed god, son of Isis and Osiris. The figure is portrayed in profile with a protrusion in front of it. The head of the figure is carved in low relief and on the shoulder are incised a series of horizontal lines bordered by a band of zigzag at the bottom. Two holes in bottom of base, which flares outwards at the ends.

Cultural Context

Probably amulet. Buried with mummy.
