Bilaterally symmetrical Northwest Coast style pencil drawing in grey, red and green. Ink inscription in upper right corner reads: "Highly conventional Hawk's Head carved on Haida grease bowl Q.C.I. 1880 Provincial Museum: Victoria: B.C."
Narrative
Created by a student at the Alberni Residential School in the late 1930s. The school was located near the Tseshaht reserve, Tsahaheh 1, about 4 kilometres north of Port Alberni.
