Description
A small carved model of a harpoon socket. Rectangular piece of white-yellow tusk with rounded edges and a small dowel protruding from one end. The other end has a broken hide string tied through it.
Narrative
This socket attaches to a model fore-shaft (Na1679), and a model harpoon (Na1657). The assembled harpoon goes into the hand of a male figure (Na1626).
