Description
Coin, round, with a four-sided hole at the centre, a rim around the outer edge and the centre hole. The obverse has four characters, and the reverse has three characters. Hongwu tongbao (top-bottom-right-left) in Chinese characters on obverse; shi top (value 10), yi liang right ( weight 1 tael) in Chinese characters on reverse. Rim pits, flaws; rim widths uneven; centre hole partly rounded; scratches; pits in varnish.
