Sling Item Number: Sf1085 from the MOA: University of British Columbia

Description

Brown and beige braided sling made from heavy hand-spun sheep wool with a central oval shape; half brown, half beige. There is a small braided section near the middle that is both brown and beige while the ends are strictly beige.

Narrative

Used for hurling stones. The sling is doubled and twirled with the stone in the middle pocket, then after momentum is gained the end without the finger loop is released, sending the rock flying.
