Tapa Cloth Item Number: 566/1 from the MOA: University of British Columbia
Description
The cloth is small and square with four blocks of pattern in dark and light brown. One pair of blocks have a leaf-like breadfruit design inside a circle. The other pair have a cross-shaped design of smaller leaves inside a diamond shape. There are designs in several corners of the block as well.
Narrative
Tapa was purchased in a hotel shop called 'Aggie Grey's'. Made for sale.
