Earthenware bottle shaped as a double headed crowned eagle facing outwards, outspread wings. Openings at central crown and in beaks. Purple-brown base, chest, wing, head markings. Yellow breast feathers and crown. Blue on wings and crown. Legs hold a sceptre and an orb.

History Of Use

Bottle shaped as the double-headed eagle of the Russian House of Romanov, attributed to the Hutterites of Vishenka, Ukraine, who fled there from Romania in the eighteenth century.
