Description

Black-brown damask robe with rounded neck, wide sleeves and centre opening with frog closures. There are slits in the sides and back. The damask is woven containing large roundels with dragon and floral motifs. On the upper front and back is a large rectangular civil rank badge. The badge has a left facing Paradise flycatcher in the centre, surrounded by wheel of law, endless knot, swastika, fish, sun, wave and cloud symbols, among others. Around the badge is a blue and gold patterned border. On the front, the badge is split in two over the centre opening.
