Unmodified Bone Fragment Item Number: 45KI59/2N27W/506 from the The Burke: University of Washington

Description

Artifacts look like long bone fragments (from a large animal). The largest fragment has had all the edges broken but rounded, with smooth surfaces. All fragments have a clear substance painted on them with "45KI53 2N27W 506" written on them in black ink. Excavated by Shong on 8/1/80. The artifact card labels the fragments as "worked bone--4 large pieces" on 8/19/80. Three pieces have been located as of 11/25/03 and have been consolidated into one bag.
