Model Pot Item Number: B611 a from the MOA: University of British Columbia

Description

Model pot with lid (B611 b). The pot is plain and the red colour may have been the result of the pot being dipped in a clay slip. The pot is tapered near the bottom, widens at the centre, and tapers back in to create a lipped rim. The lid (B611 b) fits inside the lipped rim of the pot, and tapers upwards to a mushroom-like knobbed handle.
