Forehead has raised, curvilinear design, protruding eyeb rows with alternating black and white lines with black dots, white teardrop-shaped eyes, a protruding circle on each cheek, and thin, oval mouth with yellow teeth. Fabric and fabric ties attached at back; inscriptions on inside.
