Description
Long bolster cover. Rectangle of pale green cotton cloth has a shiny border stitched to sides and ends made of strips of the same fabric with songket supplementary weft design in gold covered thread.
Narrative
Name on tag sewn at inside seam reads 'vanHoogstraten' (the donor's father's name). The cloth is a family heirloom from when they lived in Java.
