Description

A mask with a pink face and rosy cheeks, painted brown eyebrows, some type of brown hair for the eyelashes, and blue-green glass eyes. The brown hair and beard are carved into curls. There are two holes cut out underneath the eyes, and the nostrils are cut out as well. One hole is drilled in the middle of the forehead.

History Of Use

Mask representing a Spaniard; Dance of the Parachicos, feast day of St. Sebastian, Chiapa de Corzo, Chiapas. Would have been used in combat dramas.
