Description

Purple, white, red and blue coloured 100 Yuan bank note issued by the Central Bank of China in 1945. On one side of the bill, there are portraits of two men; one has a dark moustache and is turned to the side, the other has a white moustache and beard and is facing straight ahead. In the centre, are Chinese characters against a multi coloured graphic design background. The bill is framed with purple coloured graphic designs and Chinese characters in each corner. On the other side of the bill in the centre is a picture of a building near water. "One Hundred Yuan" is written at the bottom of the bill. The bill is framed with purple coloured zig zag designs.
