Automatic or hand manufacture is indeterminate without neck. Empressed Maker's Mark: AB (attached) Made by the American Bottle Company (1905-1929) (http://www.myinsulators.com/glass-factories/bottlemarks.html#ABCDEF). Red/brown accretions on interior.
