One round brown glass chemical bottle with prescription finish. Two vertical mold seams extend from cup-bottom mold seam to within .25" of the finish. Embossed Maker's Mark: (Side) THE OAKLAND CHEMICAL COMP'Y H2 02 (Base) 13 Label indicates this contained hydrogen peroxide. White/grey discoloration on exterior. Black accretions on interior.
