AMEC Analysis: Comments: This artifact is a wire-wrapped nail with a crushed round head - 2 5/8 inches in length. One round wire nail with four-facet point. Gripper die marks visible at end of shank nearest the head. Appears to have crushed round head. Corrosion on head and shank. J. Dougherty 12/22/2009
