AMEC Analysis: Comments: This is a corroded iron meat grinder with a table-top clamp. A patent date is embossed on the side - Sep. 1899. Legible portions of embossing on the opposite side include "WER'S" above "SHOPPE". One table-mounting iron meat grinder. Embossed on both sides: (Incomplete) WERS HOPPE PAT. 1897. 1899 EPT. 99 Surface is corroded, especially the exterior and vise. An aluminum bead sits over the corrosion, near the vise.
