In the top third of the page, there is also a human figure, a church, and a tree with a bird. The label “Iglesia” has been written above the church. A horizontal band in blue and red ink spans the middle of the page and the words “Rio Lempa” have been written both above and within this band. The bottom half of the composition consists of a helicopter shooting at a large human figure with a gun. The helicopter contains eight small human figures. There are also four plants and the word “Cruz” in the bottom half. The back of the page contains an inscription similar to the inscription on the front.
