Dark brown human mask with two small protruding ears, an open mouth, two eyeholes, a long, protruding nose, a beard, and a crown-like garment on the head; the crown and areas around the eyes and mouth are all shallowly carved with details. Twined cord is strung in the back through two holes on either edge of the face.
