Iconographic Meaning

Miyal Halmi is the wife of the dirty old nobleman. She goes looking for her husband and gets so hungry that she digs up the roots of the arrowroot and other plants and eats them.
This gives her an allergic reaction that causes pimples to break out all over her face.
