Description

Model pot with lid (B610 b). Pot tapers near the bottom, widens at the centre, and tapers near the top creating a rounded lip. The pot is red, possibly from being dipped in red clay slip. There is a thick chalky line painted around the widest part of the pot around the middle. There are chalky dots painted around the neck of the pot. The pot has a rounded bottom.

History Of Use

The big size is called gagri. It is used to keep drinking water.
