Profile image of a Sisiutl mask in black, red, green, and yellow on white. Human-like face is on the left side and a wolf-like face is on the right side. There are a series of scales, and u-form in between the two faces. A human hand is near the human-like face. The wolf has a long protruding red tongue. On the top left corner is a handwritten inscription that reads: "sisiutl mask". Framed with a wooden frame and mounted on a burlap covered board.

One of a set originally painted in a spiral drawing book while Mungo Martin was in a Vancouver hospital in 1951.
