Description

An apron made from a rectangular panel of heavy cotton textile. Has woven horizontal multi-coloured bands with geometric designs on a brown background. The main design is consisting of a pattern with four narrow bands interspersed between three wide bands and two more narrow bands near the end where the tie are located. The narrow bands have a design consisting of a central red and black line outlined by yellow, green, and red, and bordered by black squares. The wide bands have a main design consisting of a central four-stepped or a Y-shaped interconnected coloured pieces band with the colours of orange, green, red, and yellow outlined by black, yellow, green, red, and bordered by a yellow and green chain-link-like pattern on a black background. Brown fringe at the bottom with a hem at the top. Brown cotton cord is fed through the top hem with allowance to form ties, each of which at the end, has a tassel.
