Three-dimensional wooden skull, carved from two pieces of wood mounted on a convex rectangular wooden base; front and back halves of carving held together with cording tied through corresponding holes along the edges of the pieces.

Ceremonial skull probably part of a ghost dancer (lalolhalalh) costume.
